TDK Leaded Transient Voltage/RFI Suppressors (SHCVs)
TDK Leaded Transient Voltage/RFI Suppressors (SHCVs) provide reliable protection against automotive transients such as load dump and jumpstart. These varistors offer RFI noise suppression and transient overvoltage protection integrated into a single component. The SHCVs are designed in a combination of multilayer RF filter capacitor and multilayer varistors. TDK Leaded Transient Voltage/RFI Suppressors feature high capacitance (up to 4.7µF) and low clamping voltage and are RoHS-compatible. Applications include RFI noise suppression and transient overvoltage protection on DC lines of small motors, windscreen wipers, window lifters, mirrors, central locking, and memory seat.Features
