VJ Series Ceramic Chip Capacitors

Vishay / Vitramon VJ Series Ceramic Chip Capacitors are surface-mount multilayer capacitors designed for commercial applications. These ceramic chip capacitors feature C0G (NP0) with an ultra-stable dielectric, offering a very low Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC). The VJ series ceramic chip capacitors are available in a wide range of case sizes, voltage ratings, and capacitance values. These ceramic chip capacitors feature a reliable Noble Metal Electrode (NME) system and exhibit excellent aging characteristics. The VJ series surface-mount capacitors are halogen-free and RoHS compliant. These ceramic chip capacitors are ideal for decoupling and filtering (X7R), surge suppression, sensor and scanner, timing and tuning circuits, and high-voltage applications.
