TN4050/TN6050 1200V Silicon Controlled Rectifier

STMicroelectronics TN4050/TN6050 1200V Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) is suitable in industrial applications where high immunity is required, with a lower gate current. The TN4050 features a 40A on-state RMS current, whereas the TN6050 is 60A. The STMicroelectronics TN4050/TN6050 is available in a through-hole high-power TO-247LL (long lead) package with the anode in the backside.
