SKY6702x-396LF Low-Noise Amplifiers

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY6702x-396LF Low-Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are GaAs, pHEMT devices with an active bias and high-linearity performance. These LNAs feature the advanced GaAs pHEMT enhancement mode process, providing good return loss, low noise, and high linearity. The SKY6702x-396LF LNAs provide stable temperature and process variation performance with an internal active bias circuitry. These LNAs are manufactured in a compact 2mm × 2mm, 8-pin Dual Flat No-lead (DFN) package. Typical applications include GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, ultra-low-noise systems, and low-noise amplifiers.
