These diodes feature low capacitive charge, 650V repetitive peak reverse voltage, 20A maximum average forward rectified current, 175°C junction temperature, and high power dissipation. The SI20C065x SiC diodes offer power factor correction and come in a TO-263AB/D2PAK package with UL 94V-0 case material. These SiC diodes comply with RoHS (exemp. 7a), REACH, and conflict minerals.
