SHT3x-DIS Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensors

Sensirion SHT3x-DIS Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensors build on a CMOSens^® sensor chip to provide high intelligence, reliability, and accuracy. The board-mount SHT3x-DIS offers enhanced signal processing, two distinctive and user-selectable I²C addresses, and communication speed up to 1MHz. SHT35-DIS components offer typical accuracy of ±1.5% relative humidity (RH) and ±0.1°C for the SHT35 devices. SHT3x-DIS features a 2.5mm x 2.5mm x 0.9mm (LxWxH) footprint and a 2.4V to 5.5V supply voltage range.

SHT3x Temperature & Humidity Sensors

Sensirion SHT3x Temperature and Humidity Sensors feature increased intelligence, reliability, and improved accuracy. Device functionality includes enhanced signal processing allowing temperature and humidity to be read out at different pins. The DFN package has a footprint of 2.5mm x 2.5mm with a height of 0.9mm. A wide supply voltage range of 2.15V to 5.5V guarantees compatibility with diverse assembly situations.
