RRR0x0P03HZG Small Signal Automotive MOSFETs

ROHM Semiconductor RRR0x0P03HZG Small Signal Automotive MOSFETs are low on-resistance MOSFETs with built-in G-S protection diodes. These MOSFETs offer -30V drain-to-source voltage (V_DSS) and 1W power dissipation (P_D). The RRR030P03HZG MOSFET provides ±3A continuous drain current (I_D), and RRR040P03HZG MOSFET provides ±4A I_D. These MOSFETs are AEC-Q101 compliant and come with lead-free platings. ROHM Semiconductor RRR0x0P03HZG MOSFETs are available in a TSMT3 small surface-mount package and are suitable for DC/DC converters.
