The Nexperia PMEG rectifiers provide usage in a wide variety of applications, including high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supplies, and LED backlights for mobile devices.

Nexperia PMEG045Vx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers supply a high power capability and a very low forward voltage. The PMEG045Vx is based on clip-bond technology, ideal for various applications. The Nexperia PMEG045Vx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are offered in a CFP15B (SOT1289B) power and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
