Kingston Industrial Temperature M.2 2280 SATA Solid State Drives (SSDs) are designed and approved for reliable operation over a wide temperature range. The OTM8S1S3 SSDs are verified at various temperature ranges and undergo a complete burn-in test process before leaving the Kingston factory. Kingston Industrial SSDs incorporate advanced controllers that automatically perform wear-leveling, garbage collection, and other critical NAND flash management features. These SSDs use 3D TLC NAND flash technology that offers a balance in cost and reliability. The OTM8S1S3 devices are explicitly created for system designers and builders who require increased reliability in harsh environments.

Industrial SSDs

Kingston Technology Industrial SSDs provides a line of Design-In SATA and NVMe solid-state drives intended for system designers and builders. These SSDs combine advanced controllers that automatically perform wear-leveling, garbage collection, and other NAND Flash management features. The industrial SSDs incorporate advanced SATA3 6Gbps/PCIe Gen 4 NVMe controllers and high-speed next-generation 3D NAND Flash. These SSDs are a drop-in replacement for hard drives and deliver up to 20x more excellent performance and high reliability. The industrial SSDs are used in Point Of Sale (POS), robotics, kiosks, and digital signaling.

M.2 2280 SATA Industrial SSDs

Kingston M.2 2280 SATA Industrial SSDs incorporate advanced controllers that automatically perform wear-leveling, garbage collection, and other critical NAND flash management features. These industrial SSDs are designed and approved for reliable operation over a wide temperature range. The M.2 2280 SATA industrial SSDs use the latest 3D TLC NAND flash technology and have 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB capacities. These industrial SSDs operate within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Typical applications include delivery drones, digital signage, robotics, kiosks, and surveillance systems/mobile recordings.
