NXT455x SIM Card Interface Level Translators

Nexperia NXT455x SIM Card Interface Level Translators are designed for interfacing a SIM card with a single low-voltage host-side interface. These devices feature three level translators to convert the data, RST, and CLK signals between a SIM card and a host microcontroller. The NXT455x SIM card interface level translators support SIM cards and eSIM with supply voltages ranging from 1.62V to 3.3V. These devices include integrated pull-up resistors, eliminating the need for external resistors. The NXT455x SIM card interface level translators feature a low current shutdown mode of less than 1μA. These devices comply with all ETSI, IMT-2000, and ISO-7816 SIM/smart card interface requirements.
