IN-C39ATO, IN-C39BTO, & IN-C39CTO UV-A LEDs

Inolux IN-C39ATO, IN-C39BTO, and IN-C39CTO UV-A LEDs are surface mount high-power UV LEDs with good thermal dissipation and high efficiency. These UV-A LEDs feature 8kV Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), an optional optical Quartz lens, Moisture Sensitivity Level 4 (MSL 4), and 6.6W power dissipation. The IN-C39ATO, IN-C39BTO, and IN-C39CTO UV-A LEDs come in SMD package size of 3939 with three different lens options offering three different viewing angles. These UV LEDs operate at 3.0V to 4.4V forward voltage and -40°C to +80°C temperature range. The IN-C39ATO, IN-C39BTO, and IN-C39CTO UV-A LEDs are RoHS and REACH compliant. These UV-A LEDs are ideal for UV curing, counterfeit detection, purification, and medical applications.
