ESDSBHCx Single Line ESD Diodes

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) ESDSBHCx Single Line ESD Diodes provide advanced solutions for transient voltage suppression and ESD protection. The 4.5V ESDSBHC4V5P6B and 6.3V ESDSBHC6V3P6B diodes deliver exceptional performance in a DFN1610-2 package, with a footprint of only 1.6mm x 1mm. The robust peak-pulse power ratings of 2635W or 3510W under an 8/20μs current waveform make both products the best choice for enhanced voltage-surge and ESD-protection. The ESDSBHCx diodes' optimized design includes a large cross-sectional junction area to efficiently handle high transient currents up to 155A/195A. These diodes feature a low clamping voltage of 17V or 18V for enhanced circuit protection. The single-line ESD diodes are compliant with IEC standards for ESD immunity (IEC 61000-4-2) and lightning protection (IEC 61000-4-5). The ESDSBHCx diodes are ideally used in consumer electronics, industrial, and telecommunications.
