Nexperia ASFETs for Repetitive Avalanche offer a 40V_DS to 60V_DS maximum drain-source voltage, 16I_D to 40I_D drain current range, and 7.9Q_GD gate-drain charge. ASFETs are full automotive qualified to AEC-Q101 and offer high robustness, reliability, and LFPAK copper clip package technology. Nexperia ASFETs for Repetitive Avalanche are ideal for 12V, 24V, and 48V automotive systems, repetitive avalanche topologies, and engine control applications.

Automotive ASFETs

Nexperia Automotive ASFETs are Application-Specific MOSFETs optimized for specific use cases.
