BD820xxFVJ Single Channel High Side Switch ICs

These each have an over-current detection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under-voltage lockout, and soft-start circuit built-in. These devices are ideal for power management in USB memory sticks, expansion modules for PCs, and other digital devices.
