The AD4003/AD4007/AD4011 18-bit ADCs offer the ability to daisy-chain ADCs and operate at -40°C to +125°C temperature range. These SAR ADCs include an SPI-compatible, versatile serial interface that features seven different programmable modes with an optional busy indicator.
