These emitters provide double heterojunction infrared emitters with the lowest forward voltages and highly efficient homojunction emitters. The photodiodes offer the broadest selection of high-speed, low-dark current PIN photodiodes that are specifically designed to achieve excellent sensitivity together with high reliability.
