Toshiba XPHx06NC Silicon N-Channel MOSFETs are 60V single N-channel MOSFETs available in small and thin packages. These MOSFETs are stored at -55°C to 175°C and operate at 175°C. The Toshiba XPHx06NC silicon N-channel MOSFETs are AEC-Q101 qualified and RoHS compatible. Typical applications include automotive, motor drivers, switching voltage regulators, and DC-DC converters.
