TXS0102V/TXS0102V-Q1 2-Bit Voltage Translators

Texas Instruments TXS0102V/TXS0102V-Q1 2-Bit Level Shifting Voltage Translators are bidirectional voltage-level translators and can establish digital switching compatibility between mixed-voltage systems. The device uses two separate configurable power-supply rails. The A ports support operating voltages from 1.65V to 3.6V. It tracks the V_CCA supply and the B ports while supporting operating voltages from 2.3V to 5.5V while it tracks the V_CCB supply. This feature supports higher and lower logic signal levels and provides bidirectional translation capabilities with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V voltage nodes.
