Texas Instruments TPD2E2U06/TPD2E2U06-Q1 High-Speed ESD Protection Device is a dual-channel ultra-low capacitance ESD-protection device that provides system level ESD protection for low-voltage I/O interface. The device offers ±25KV IEC contact and ±30KV IEC air-gap ESD protection. The 1.5pF line capacitance of the TPD2E2U06/TPD2E2U06-Q1 makes the device suitable for a wide range of applications. Typical application interfaces are USB 2.0, LVDS, and I²C. Typical applications include gaming machines, ebooks, portable media players, and digital cameras. The Texas Instruments TPD2E2U06-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
