TLV18xx/Q1/EP Dual Micropower Comparators

Texas Instruments TLV18xx/Q1/EP Dual Micropower Comparators are a series of 40V single, dual, and quad-channel comparators with multiple output options. The devices provide rail-to-rail inputs with push-pull or open-drain output versions. The TLV18xx/TLV18xx-Q1 have an ideal speed-to-power combination with a propagation delay of 420ns, a full supply voltage range of 2.4V to 40V, and a quiescent supply current of 5µA per channel. The TLV1812-EP and TLV1822-EP devices have gold bondwires, a temperature range of –55 to +105°C, and include a SnPb lead finish.
