SN74ACT05-Q1 Automotive Hex Inverters

Texas Instruments SN74ACT05-Q1 Automotive Hex Inverters include open-drain outputs and TTL-compatible inputs. These inverters operate within the 4.5V to 5.5V voltage range. The SN74ACT05-Q1 inverters feature a continuous 24mA output drive at 5V and drive 50Ω transmission lines. These inverters are available in a wettable flank QFN package. The SN74ACT05-Q1 inverters are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These inverters are used to invert a digital signal, drive an indicator LED, and synchronize inverted clock inputs.
