ESD801/ESD801-Q1 ESD Protection Diode

Texas Instruments ESD801/ESD801-Q1 Bidirectional ESD Protection Diode is offered in the industry-standard 0402 (DFN-1006) package and provides an IEC 61000-4-2 protection level of 15kV. The device can clamp 8µs/20µs surges with peak pulse currents up to 3A in accordance with the IEC 61000-4-5 standard. The low capacitance and low leakage current help ensure protection against transient events in various systems and applications. This protection in the Texas Instruments ESD801/ESD801-Q1 is key for many applications, such as smaller form factors and faster data speeds, which are becoming more popular over time. The ESD801-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
