Texas Instruments SN74AHCT1G08/SN74AHCT1G08-Q1 Single 2-Input Positive-AND Gate performs the Boolean function Y = A • B or Y = A + B in positive logic. These devices have an operating voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and a low power consumption of 10µA. The low ICC current allows this device to be used in power-sensitive or battery-powered applications. The SN74AHCT1G08-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
