A201 FlexiForce™ Piezoresistive Force Sensors

Tekscan A201 FlexiForce™ Piezoresistive Force Sensors are thin, flexible sensors available off-the-shelf in various lengths for easy proof of concept. In multiple applications, these ultra-thin sensors are ideal for non-intrusive force and pressure measurement. The A201 sensors measure up to 4,448N (1,000lbs.). To measure higher forces, apply a lower drive voltage (-0.5V, -0.25V, etc.) and reduce the resistance of the feedback resistor (1kΩ minimum). For lower forces, apply a higher drive voltage and increase the resistance of the feedback resistor.
