BC85xBWH & BC857WH PNP Transistors

Taiwan Semiconductor BC85xBWH and BC857WH PNP Transistors are AEC-Q101 qualified small signal transistors with 200mW power dissipation. These general-purpose transistors feature a collector current of -100mA, making them ideal for automated placement. The BC856BWH, BC857BWH, and BC857WH PNP transistors offer 625°C/W junction-to-ambient thermal resistance, 100MHz transition frequency, and 4.5pF output capacitance. These PNP transistors are RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and come in a small SOT-323 package. The BC85xBWH and BC857WH PNP transistors are ideally used in general switching and amplification applications.
