TS880/TS883 Nanopower Open-Drain Comparator

STMicroelectronics TS880/TS883 Nanopower Open-Drain Comparator features an ultra-low supply current of 250nA typical per operator. The STMicroelectronics TS880/TS883 also features rail-to-rail input capability and open-drain output. The comparator can be used in a wide range of portable applications. The TS880 is the single version, and the TS883 is the dual version. The TS880/TS883 minimizes battery supply leakage and enhances battery lifetime. The comparator operates from a 0.9V to 5.5V supply voltage and can be used over a wide temperature range (-40 to +125°C). This keeps the current consumption at an ultra-low level.
