STISO621 Dual Channel Digital Isolators

STMicroelectronics STISO621 Dual Channel Digital Isolators feature data rates of up to 100Mbps and are based on the ST thick oxide galvanic isolation technology. The STM STISO621 Digital Isolators feature two independent channels in opposite directions, including a Schmitt trigger input. These options allow robustness to noise and high-speed input/output switching times.
