SMC50J TVS Diodes

STMicroelectronics SMC50J TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive equipment against electrostatic discharges. The protection is according to IEC 61000-4-2, MIL-STD 883 Method 3015, and electrical overstress like IEC 61000-4-4 and 5. These TVS Diodes are used for surges below 5000W 10/1000μs.
