Octal High-Side Smart Power Solid-State Relays

STMicroelectronics Octal High-Side Smart Power Solid-State Relays are 8-channel drivers designed with STMicroelectronics VIPower technology. The relays can drive various loads with one side connected to the ground. Operating from 10.5V to 36V, both ICs have a low supply current, a parallel or 4-wire SPI control interface, a 4x2 LED matrix, and a micropower step-down switching regulator with peak current control loop mode.
