PIC32MX25 32-Bit Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology PIC32MX25 32-Bit Microcontrollers are a low-cost solution for a wide range of embedded designs that require complex code and higher feature integration. The PIC32MX25 MCUs have up to 50MHz/83 DMIPS and provide up to 512/64KB Flash/RAM options. These MCUs have a variety of features including SPI/I²S™, mTouch® capacitive touch sensing, and an enhanced Parallel Master Port (PMP).

Microchip PIC32 MX1 and MX2 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) provide 61 DMIPS of performance in packages as small as 5mm x 5mm for space-constrained and cost-sensitive designs. Microchip PIC32 MX1 and MX2 MCUs are the smallest, lowest-cost PIC32 devices and the first to feature dedicated audio and capacitive-sensing peripherals. These Microchip MCUs also feature USB OTG capabilities, making them ideal for developing audio accessories and other applications in the consumer, industrial, medical, and automotive markets. PIC32 MX1 and MX2 MCUs include up to 128KB of Flash and 32KB of RAM as well as an integrated hardware peripheral for adding mTouch™ capacitive touch buttons or advanced sensors.
