MT093 & MT88xx Switching ICs

Microsemi / Microchip MT093 and MT88xx Switching ICs are fabricated in an ISO-CMOS technology providing low-power dissipation and high reliability. The MT093 and MT88xx Switching ICs contain an array of crosspoint switches along with line decoder and latch circuits. Any one of these 32, 64, 96, or 128 switches can be addressed by selecting the appropriate address bits. The selected switch can be turned on or off by applying a logical one or zero to the DATA input.
