MIC29152 LDO Voltage Regulators

Microchip Technology / Micrel MIC29152 LDO Voltage Regulators are high-current, high-accuracy, and low-dropout voltage regulators. These LDO voltage regulators come with 350mV to 425mV dropout voltages and very low ground currents. The MIC29152 LDO voltage regulators are designed for high-current loads and applications with lower currents and low dropout critical systems. These LDO regulators are fully protected against overcurrent faults, reversed input polarity, reversed lead insertion, overtemperature operation, and positive and negative transient voltage spikes. The regulators come with five-pin fixed voltage versions with logic level ON/OFF control and an error flag that signals whenever the output falls out of regulation. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, automotive electronics, high-efficiency liner lower supplies, and lost-regulator for switching supplies.
