Littelfuse Multipulse SIDAC blocking capability is ensured by glass passivated junctions for best reliability. Littelfuse Multipulse SIDACs come in a DO-15 axial leaded package.

K Series SIDACs

Littelfuse K Series SIDACs are bidirectional voltage triggered switches. Constructed with glass-passivated junctions, the K SIDACs provide reliable performance even in harsh operating environments. With a one-cycle surge current capability up to 20A, K Series SIDACs are ideal for dumping charged capacitors through an inductor in order to generate high-voltage pulses.
