IXDx614 Ultrafast MOSFET Gate Drivers

IXYS IXDx614 Ultrafast MOSFET Gate Drivers offer a 4.5V to 35V voltage range with a low 10µA supply current rating. These drivers feature a low propagation delay with fast rise and fall times, making the IXDx614 family ideal for high-frequency and high-power applications. IXYS IXDx614 Ultrafast MOSFET Drivers operate in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range and have a 14A peak source/sink drive current.

Low Side Gate Driver ICs

IXYS Integrated Circuits offers an extensive portfolio of low-side MOSFET and IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) gate driver ICs.
