B3292xU/V EMI Suppression Capacitors

TDK B3292xU/V EMI Suppression Capacitors offer higher voltages and compact lead spacing, with capacitance ranging from 47nF to 20µF. These capacitors are rated at 350VAC and robust against peak voltage pulses up to 2.5kV (IEC 60384-14). The B3292xU/V EMI suppression capacitors meet Grade III, Test Condition B by passing the THB (temperature, humidity, bias) test at 85 °C, 85% RH, and rated voltage for 1000h. These capacitors also offer AEC-Q200 compliance, excellent self-healing properties, and a maximum operating temperature of 110°C, ensuring durability even under severe ambient conditions. The EMI suppression capacitors are designed to suppress interference in demanding, space‑constrained industrial and automotive environments. Typical applications include on-board chargers, EV charging systems, PV inverters, energy meters, and capacitive power supplies.
