Comchip Technology General Purpose Rectifiers feature a reverse voltage range of 50V to 1000V, a forward current range from 2A to 10A, and a maximum surge current range from 50A to 200A. These glass-passivated devices are offered in compact, low-profile, surface-mounted SMA/DO-214AC, SMB/DO-214AA, and SMC/DO-214AB packages, well suited for automated assembly.
