AS1x-HF Standard Recovery Rectifiers

Comchip Technology AS1x-HF Standard Recovery Rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified general-purpose rectifiers with low voltage drop and high surge current capability. These rectifiers come in an SMA/DO-214AC molded plastic case with UL 94V-0 rate flame retardant epoxy. The AS1x-HF rectifiers consist of a color band that denotes cathode end polarity. These rectifiers operate at -55°C to 150°C temperature range. The AS1x-HF rectifiers offer 1A maximum average forward output current and 30A peak forward surge current. These rectifiers are ideal for automated placement and surface-mounted applications.
